When
and where do we meet?

We meet for 'Guidance Sessions' every other Sunday Morning at the
Nag's Head Public House*, Uttoxeter Road, Mickleover, Derby DE3 9GF.
*Please don't ring the pub for
details about this group - they let us use their facilities for free and we
don't want to upset them. See the Who are
we? page for our contact details.
The 'Guidance Sessions' start at 10 am. Arrive a few minutes early and we'll pair you up with an observer, who
will chat with you for a few minutes and put you at ease. Then you'll take him
or her out in your car for a one to two hour drive around their suggested route.

- Bring yourself, your car and your partner if it
helps - as long as your car has enough seats for them and one of us. Your
partner must be a supportive and interested person, but remember it is only
you that we are to help (unless your partner joins as well).
- Make sure that you have a valid, full licence
and your car has tax, a test certificate (if over three years old),
insurance, and plenty of fuel for a one to two hour drive.
- We are not the police, so we can't fine or
arrest you if you turn up in a car that isn't roadworthy. However, we will
refuse to sit in it and we will not give you any guidance.

- Classic or vintage cars are fine - but they
must be able to do modern road speeds and tight manoeuvres, and have suitable
seat belts. It is up to our observers to decide if they feel comfortable
sitting in your car with you.
